Memorial and Celebration of Life service for Gary Lee Freelove, 62, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Don Burris will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Gary passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at St. Anthony Hospital. He was born Aug. 26, 1952, in Enid, Okla., to parents Carl and Leola (Steiger) Freelove. He lived most of his life in Enid.

Gary was a very dedicated and hardworking business man, which saw the success of several business ventures throughout his life. He was the current proprietor of the Captain's Quarter Tavern, located in Enid. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with friends, going to the lake and watching television.

Gary was proud of his children: daughter, Carlena Freelove-Otwell and husband Larry of Enid; son, James Freelove and wife Jamie of Enid, and CJ Freelove and wife Ashley of Elk City. He also is survived by his parents, Carl and Leola Freelove of Enid; sister, Gayle Freelove of Enid; as well as many loving grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Ruby Freelove, and Herbert and Ada Steiger; daughter, Brandy (Freelove) Fye; and grandsons, Jadrian Cox and Jayse Freelove.

Condolences may be made and the service viewed at www.ladusauevans.com for those unable to attend the service.
