William Dale Frazier, Cleveland resident, passed from this life on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at the Cleveland Area Hospital. Bill was born July 3, 1965 in Enid, OK to Dale and Bernadine “Bernie” (Ciskowski) Frazier. He grew up in Medford, OK and graduated with the Class of 1983.
Bill was a hard worker from an early age, and started working on the farm with his grandpa, uncles, and cousins at the age of 10. As soon as he was old enough, he started working at Mr. T’s grocery store discovering that the grocery business was his calling. After high school, he worked at Homeland, later Harvest Foods in Enid, then Country Mart in Arkansas City, Kansas. There he met and married the love of his life Brenda Picknell. They were married March 21, 1998. To this union were born two sons Alexander & Michael, who were his pride and joy. Bill later returned to Medford and worked for Karl’s Apple Market for a time as well as other stores in the Karl’s family in Buena Vista, CO as well as Fairfax, OK. Bill’s favorite Bible verse was Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Bill is survived by his wife Brenda; his sons Alex (and fiancée Skylar) and Michael, all of Cleveland; two sisters Donna Frazier of Medford and sister Debbie Richter and husband Kevin of Hennessey, OK; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother J.C.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chapman-Black Funeral Home of Cleveland, OK. Condolences may be left for the family at Chapman-Black.com.
