Bernadine "Bernie" (Ciskowski) Frazier

Sept. 8, 1944 ~ March 12, 2013

ENID, Okla. - Rosary for Bernardine "Bernie" Ciskowski Frazier, 68, will be Friday, March 15, 2013, at 7 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford and funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary with the Rev. Carl William Janocha officiating.

Viewing will be Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., of Medford. Leave an online message for the family at www.lanmanmemorials.com.

Bernie was born on Sept. 8, 1944, in Enid to Willard Ciskowski and Ethel Taylor Ciskowski and passed from this life on March 12, 2013, in Enid.

She married Dale D. Frazier on Aug. 5, 1963, at St. Mary Catholic Church.They had four children, Donna, Bill, Debbie and J.C. Bernie was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford.

She enjoyed decorating cakes and helping her mother with a catering business, which later was operated by Bernie. Bernie lived in this area her entire life.

She is survived by her husband, Dale of Medford; four children, Donna Frazier, Bill Frazier, Debbie Richter and husband, Kevin and J.C. Frazier and wife, Amy; two grandchildren, Alexander Frazier and Michael Frazier; one brother, Bill Ciskowski and wife, Evelyn.

Bernie was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Ethel Ciskowski.

Memorials may be given to the church building fund through the funeral home.
