Linda Sue Frandsen was born March 27, 1949 to R.T. Hardin and Irine (Langley) Hardin in Antlers, Oklahoma. She passed from this life in her home, at the age of 70, on October 10, 2019.
Linda met her husband of 48 years, Ron Frandsen, in San Diego, California, where she was teaching ceramics classes. They moved to Rattan, Oklahoma, where they had 39 wonderful years. Linda was a member of the Rattan Victory Assembly of God Church and was active within her community group. She enjoyed spending her time cooking, baking, gardening, working with ceramics, crafting, and canning. She also owned Village Creations in Antlers, Oklahoma, where she brought many years of joy to those who came to her shop.
She is preceded in death by her parents: R.T. Hardin and Irine Axton; grandparents: Nettie and James Langley and Nellie and Jess Hardin; and her brother in law: Larry Legg.
Linda is survived by her husband: Ron Frandsen of Rattan, Oklahoma; sisters: Jo Legg of Rattan, Oklahoma and Debbie Hardin and husband Jon Preimesberger of San Diego, California; sister-in-law: Judy Frandsen of Rattan, Oklahoma; brother-in-law: Roland Frandsen and wife Carol of San Diego, California; nieces and nephews: Rick Legg and wife Amber of Melissa, Texas, Jarrod Legg of Rattan, Oklahoma, Kevin Legg and wife Emilee of Owasso, Oklahoma, Juliane Preimesberger of Princeton, New Jersey, and Cindy Nelson of Oregon, as well as a host of other family and friends.
Services for Linda will be held Monday, October 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Rattan Victory Assembly of God. A family night will be held Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 PM.
Services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers, Oklahoma.
