Ava was born in Hutchinson, TX on February 15, 1956 to Claude Word and Alma Rhinehart Word.
She moved to Oklahoma as a child where she has spent much of her adult life. She had 3 children in life, Two sons: Shawn Cory Frame who she is reunited with in heaven, Todd Wayne Frame with life partner Reyna Williams and grandson Brayden Williams and one daughter: Cristi Leigh Rodriguez with grandsons Brandon, Justin and Christopher Porter.

She is survived by siblings: Tammy Barrett and Ricky Word. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews as well as friends who love and will miss her very much.
Ava was a bright personality that left an impression wherever she went. Just like a diamond she was beautiful, tough and full of facets. If you needed somebody to stand by your side in a fight she had the power of someone twice her size and the will to never back down. She had a love for Elvis and singing Karaoke. She could cuss like a sailor and then beat you like a man If you didn’t treat her like a lady! Almost everyone who knew her will tell you she was full of humor and loved to make people laugh. She will leave a hole many times her size in stature.
Services will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City at 10AM on Tuesday 10/13/2020.
