Lee Ann is survived by her loving husband, Todd Frakes; two daughters, Marissa (Michael Smith) Bauman and Disa (Ray Hearon) Frakes; two sons, Colton Bauman and Joshua (Rena) Frakes; five granddaughters, Delainey Hearon, Kaetlyn Frakes, Allisyn Frakes, Brooklyn Frakes, and Lilyanna Smith; two grandsons, Ray Hearon Jr., and Landon Smith; her parents, Carline (Allan) Walker and Charles Keith (Cindy) Copeland; two brothers, Brian (Stacey) Copeland; Derek (Valerie) Reynolds; a sister, Amanda (Daren) Harper; One grandmother; Mary Dowell; and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In her life, she was very generous and most of all she truly cared for and loved her family and friends. She was always filled with happiness and could never be found without a smile on her face. There were no strangers in her eyes, she saw every person as a friend and loved talking to everyone. Her true passion in life was her children and most definitely her grandchildren; she could never get enough of them. Her best times were spent with the love of her life, Todd Frakes, he was her strength and support, and let's not forget about her daily dose of Dr. Pepper. Even in the end her faith never wavered, as you could find several scriptures and uplifting testaments posted throughout her home. She spoke often of her faith.
