Bill was a true gentleman and self-taught success. He found his calling and passion in the car business becoming a successful auto dealer. After founding Fowler Toyota of Norman in 1973, he and his partners Mike and Don would go on to grow the business to over 600 employees in the Oklahoma and Colorado markets.
He enjoyed spending his time reading anything he could get his hands on, and spending time with his family. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren, who all knew him as a world champion checkers player, telling stories and sharing wisdom. An eternal optimist, he always looked for good in others and wanted the best for those around him.
