Hazel DeNice Fountain, 95 of Lawton, OK passed away on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014 at McMahon Tomlinson Nursing Centery in Lawton.
DeNice was born June 7, 1919 in Oklahoma City to John Chris and Maud Mae Andrews.
She has resided at McMahon Tomlinson for the last two years.
She loved to dance and get dressed up and spend time with her dogs and cat.
DeNice is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Don and Charlotte "Charli" Maki; her four grandchildren, Kim Lavagnino and her husband Mark and their four children, Gina, Claire, Blythe and Chloe of Hollister, CA and their five grandchildren; Shelly Granger and her husband Mike and their three children, Katie, Jessica and Seth and their three granchildren of Lewistown, Montana; Randy Brewer and his wife Diane and their two sons, Hudson and Landon and one granddaughter of Elgin and Todd Maki and one daughter, Savanah of California.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Maud Andrews; her three brothers, John Andrews, Louis Andrews and Gene Andrews; and her three sisters, Opal Iams, LeVoe Bruce and Faye Sepeda.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Baptist Church Building Fund.
Memorial services will be held Monday, September 8, 2014 at 10:30 am at Crossroads Baptist Church officiated by Curtis Erwin and under the direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service.
