Dorothy A. (Copeland) Foster-White
April 4, 1934 ~ January 20, 2021

Dorothy A. Foster-White, 86, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, passed away on January 20, 2021 ,peacefully in her sleep.

She was born on April 4, 1934, to Jenette and Ralph Copeland in Woodward, OK. She was married at the age of 18 to Ralph L. Foster and remained happily married until 1974 when Ralph died. She remarried in 1985 to Homer White of Enid, OK, until his passing.

She is survived by 4 children, Edna Sowles of Enid, Ruth Eagleston of Enid, Patricia Cotton of Sparks, NV, and Timothy Foster of Pond Creek, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by three sisters.

She was hard working and continued to go to work daily till the age of 85. She was a gentle and loving mother and enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to give gifts of crocheted items, to watch John Wayne, western movies and to receive post cards.

The funeral service will be held Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
