Also known as Bill, born in Paoli on September 25, 1955 to his Charles "Red" Foster & Thelma "Toots" Foster who have preceded him in death.
Bill passed away in Purcell on February 10, 2021 due to heart failure. Bill was also preceded in death by his brother Hoarce "Hank" Foster & sister Martha Foster.

Bill worked hard all his life with motorcycle salvage, small engine repair. Building and racing muscle cars @ Thunder Valley (and who ever dared to challenge him). He also motor-crossed raced in his younger years. Bill also sat up tables at swap meets plus flea markets and ended up buying a flea market out by I-35. In his spare time or when he could it was KFC Chicken and digging in the dumps with his brother Kenneth Foster & wife Cindy Foster of Pauls Valley, out at table tops, or whatever they could find treasure to make money. And till the end of his life Jimmy Foster and wife Brenda of Wynnewood would take Bill wherever he needed to go and needed to do. Bill was quite a man with his one of a kind laughs to his tall stories. Bill was a good man always there to help. Services will be held in the spring due to the weather and covid conditions. Please watch for updates from the daughter, April Walker, on facebook. Services will be announced at a later date. Please send condolences for the family and sign the guestbook. And don’t forget Susie Shalver of Pauls Valley the surviving sister and the brother and sisters of my dads back.
Bill will truly be missed by his horrible humor and loving honeryness and that big laugh he had. Dad I love you. We'll truly be missing you. If he called you friend he was your friend till the end. Amen.
Memorial services are pending and will be announced by the family at a later date. Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
