Virginia "Jerrie" (Hudgens) Forshee

Virginia "Jerrie" Forshee was born June 23, 1924 in Brinkman, Oklahoma to Susie Lee and Ira Douglas Hudgens. She passed away November 3, 2016 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years, 4 months and 10 days.

Jerrie was married to Ralph Forshee and moved throughout the United States. After making their home in Elk City they became part-owners of F&H Drilling. Upon their retirement they sold their ownership and continued to make Elk City their home. Jerrie's passion in life was  being a homemaker and taking care of her family. She was also a member of 2nd & Adams Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ralph Forshee, one son, Jerry Wayne Mann, 4 brothers, Jack Hudgens, Leroy Hudgens, Fount Hudgens and I.D. Hudgens and 1 sister, Winona Hutton.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Guthrie, Elk City, OK and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
