Michael Wane Foreman

Michael Wane Foreman 49, of Bartlesville, died 10:34 A.M. on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in Bartlesville.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 23, 2013 at the Family of Christ Freewill Baptist Church in Copan, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements were directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Ronald McDonald House of Charities of Tulsa, 6102 S. Hudson Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136-2020.

Michael Wane Foreman was born to Barbara Ann Foreman in Caney, Kansas on March 21, 1964. He grew up in Copan, Oklahoma and attended Bell Ringer School in Dewey; Jane Phillips School in Bartlesville and after moving to Bartlesville was currently employed by Employability Services until his death.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ann Rippetoe, Step-father Gene Rippetoe, Grandparents Bill and Mildred Foreman and Cousin Steven Loy Allen.

He is survived by uncles, Wymann Foreman and Shelley of Bartlesville, Dr. Tom Foreman and Lisa of Copan and aunts, Florence Allen and Raymond of Coweta, Marjorie Swanson and Clarence of Bartlesville, Lee Foreman of Bartlesville, Sheryl Foreman of Dewey, Karen Hinton of Yukon, Belva Steiner and Lawrence of Pryor and sixteen cousins.

Mike loved to ride four-wheelers and would frequently be seen driving his Mule ATV around with his dogs beside him. He loved to tinker with anything mechanical; cars, lawn mowers, radios and TV's. His biggest project was converting his car to a convertible using a "sawzall". Mike also loved animals, especially "Wilma" his dog and "Yellow" his cat.

Mike was a member of Families for Christ Freewill Baptist Church in Copan and a citizen of Cherokee Nation. Mike was loved by his family, friends and his gentle soul will be deeply missed. Friends who wish may sign the online guest book and leave condolences at www.stumpff.org.
