Donald Roy Foltz, 77, of Del City, OK, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 in Midwest City, OK. Donald was born on January 31, 1942 in Guthrie, OK to John E. and Velva A. (Anthony) Foltz.
Don was a Vietnam Veteran and proud of his service in the United States Army. He worked as a door greeter at Walmart in Moore, OK, until his retirement 5 years ago. Don gave his life to Jesus when he was a boy and did his best to live a good Christian life. He loved everyone he came across and he loved his family with all of his heart and soul.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Velva; his sisters, Eloise M. Duckworth, Opal Cook, and Roberta Foltz; his brothers, Joe Foltz and Johnny M. Foltz; and his beloved sweetheart of 41 years, his wife, Anita L. (Henderson) Foltz who passed away 6 years ago.
Don is survived by daughter, Amy D. Smith of Moore; son, James J. Lancaster of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughters, Lindsay V. Lancaster of Killeen, TX, Morgan E. Smith of Del City, Kerstin D. Smith of Del City, and Olivia I. Aguilar of Moore; and his sisters, Lola Honsen of Tahlequah, OK, Crissie S. Foltz of Cleveland, OK, and Karen Lamb of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
No services are planned at this time.
Don will be sorely missed by so many people.
