Visitation for Jerry Dale Fleetwood will be held at the First Southern Baptist Church (332 Willow St., Buttonwillow) on Thursday, July 15, 2004, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be held at the First Southern Baptist Church on Friday, July 16, 2004, at 10:00 a.m.
Jerry was born May 4, 1941 in Muldrow, Oklahoma and he passed away on July 12, 2004, in Buttonwillow with his family by his side. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Pluma Fleetweed; daughter, Lisa Turner; son, Jerry Dale Fleetwood, Jr. and granddaughter, Tessa Fleetwood. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbara Fleetweed; daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Allen Pierucci; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Mike Burleson; brothers, Bill Fleetwood and Bobby Fleetwood; brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Norma Fleetwood; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Donna Fleetwood; 8 grandchildren: Josh and his wife, Layne McNabb; Sarah and Kelsey Turner; Nathan Fleetwood; Jordan, Jeramy and Jade Burleson and Seth Pierucci; great granddaughter, Stevie; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Jerry was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Buttonwillow and he loved the Lord with all of his heart. He enjoyed working around the house and fixing things. He loved and adored his grandchildren. He was loved by all that knew him and he will be deeply missed.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Jerry's nieces, Marshell Freeborn and Marla Howard for everything they did to help Jerry and our family.
