Larry Fithian

October 7, 1952 ~ November 5, 2013

Larry was born on October 7, 1950 to Donald and Joanne (Quirk) Fithian in Effingham, Illinois. He was raised and attended the local schools there.

At the age of 16, he enlisted in the Army where he fought in Vietnam for two years.

After his Army service, he worked in maintenance for 30 years until an injury forced him into early retirement.

On January 29, 1983 he married his soul mate and best friend, Sharon. They shared 30 beautiful years together. Larry enjoyed fishing, reading, watching Monday night WWE and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by both parents, Donald and Joanne; and a brother, Don Fithian.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Sharon, of the home; two sons, Jonathan Fithian and wife, Tracy of Memphis, TN, and Damon Fithian and wife, Gabrielle of Edmond, OK; two daughters, Sasha Fithian of Cache, and Shawna Carroll and husband, James of Lawton; Grandchildren: Hailee, Haiden and Hannah Cullins, all of Cache; Bradley, Bryce and Bentley Mac Carroll, all of Lawton; and Julia and Jalen Fithian of Memphis, TN; two brothers, Tim Fithian of Lebanon, TN and T.J. Fithian and wife, Marie of Denton, TX; a sister, Bonnie Fithian of Dora, AL; and mother-in-law, Norma Holder of Cookson, OK. He also leaves behind many other loving family members and friends.
