Funeral services for Karma Diane Fisher, 75, of Enid, will be at 10:00 am, Tuesday July 12, 2022, at Central Christian Church with Pastor Tom Stanley officiating. Services are under the kind guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service. Viewing will start at 8:00 am on Monday, July 11, 2022, at Stittsworth’s.
Karma was born on July 19, 1946, in Bozeman, Montana to Abe and Ineva Phipps Preston and passed away peacefully on July 6, 2022, at her daughter’s residence, surrounded by loving family. Karma worked as a barber alongside her father for many years at Professional Hair Quarters. She also taught at Enid Barber College, also owned by her parents. She was a longstanding member of Central Christian Church, baptized there in 1959. Karma had a compassionate spirit and lived her life serving others. She was a crisis hotline volunteer and a volunteer chaplain at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center. Karma also volunteered at Enid Community Clinic for more than fifteen years.
Survivors include her daughters, Karla and husband Dwayne of Enid; Margaret and husband Rob of Bonney Lake, Washington; sons, Brian and wife Lacey of Rockwall, Texas, John and wife Stacy of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Kenneth of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
