Samuel H. Finley

Mar. 18, 1923 ~ Oct. 31, 2006

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 3, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Arvin Cemetery for Samuel H. Finley

Samuel was born in Ardmore, OK, on March 18, 1923 and left this world to be with his beloved wife on October 31, 2006.

Sam moved to Weedpatch, CA., in 1936. He served in England in WWII, then returned to Bakersfield to marry and raise his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Noretta and leaves behind his children, Sam Finley, Shelley Musick, and Gary Finley, their spouses, karen Finley, Dan Musick and Kathy Finley, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and four sisters. He will be missed by all.

Thanks to the staff at Samaritans and especially Barbara and Bucky for their loving care.
