Deborah Jean Field, 65, passed from this life on Friday, August 28, 2020 in Mehan, Oklahoma.
Debbie was born on March 24, 1955 to William ”Bill” Sadler and Wilma “Jeanie” Sadler in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
She was married to Theran “Dwight” Field on July 21, 1973 in Ripley, Oklahoma. They lived a happy life together on their farm in Mehan where they raised cattle and wheat.
Debbie served 25 years of her life working for the Payne County Clerk’s office and was able to enjoy her retirement since 2013.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Theran Dwight Field; her two children: Chris Field and his wife Tara Gladden and Anglea Field-Lockwood and her husband Daniel; three grandchildren: Christopher Tusler and his wife Paige, Briley Lockwood and Bryce Lockwood; three great grandchildren: Stetson Tusler, Kinzleigh Dawes and Xzavier Roberts; her mother Wilma “Jeanie” Sadler-Hitchcock and husband Robert “Bob”; and her sister Sandra Sadler-Hall and husband David.
She is preceded in death by her father William “Bill” Sadler; her brother Billy Sadler; and her grandson Richard “Ty” Field, as well as her beloved dog Maggie that she cherished like one of her children.
The family has chosen to have a private service under Dighton-Marler Funeral Home and cremation. A celebration-of-life event may follow in the future.
