Joesph (Joe) Ray Fergueson, 40 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at his home in Kingston. He was born on March 7, 1985, in Colorado Springs, Colorado to his mother Judith Knapp. He moved to Connecticut with his mother when he was 2 where he soon welcomed his baby sister. After, with his mother and sister, he moved back to Colorado, then to Layton, Utah where he spent most of his youth. His freshman year of high school, he moved to Kingston, Oklahoma where he lived with his mother, grandparents, aunt, and uncle. Joe was a talented musician, playing drums, guitar, and bass, drew his favorite cartoon characters, and loved to watch his favorite football team, The Broncos, with his grandfather. He was an avid horror fanatic and music lover which he shared his love with his mother and sister. Joe was the life of everything he was a part of and could make anyone laugh, even on their worst days.

He is survived by his mother, Judith Knapp, grandfather, Ernest Fergueson, step-grandmother, Hannelore Fergueson, daughter, Kira Slack, sister, Audrey Marchetti, nephew, Oran Buckaloo, brother-in-law, Jason Marchetti, and girlfriend, Cassi Williams.

Joe is preceded in death by his grandmother, Maurine Fergueson, aunt, Norma Hayes, uncle, Brad Hayes and Stepfather, Kyle Knapp.
