January 25, 1933 ~ March 23, 2009

Colonel Joseph William Felock, Jr., 76, of Midwest City, OK passed away Monday, March 23, 2009 at his home. Joe was born January 25, 1933 in Troy, NY to Joseph W. Felock, Sr. and Anna Hylwa. He grew up with three sisters: Bernie, Gerry and Donna in Watervliet, NY.

He received his Bachelor's in Accounting at Manhattan College and attained his Master's in Management from the University of Arkansas. Following his military retirement, Joe was employed as an accountant by the city/county health department. When time permitted, Joseph enjoyed watching any sports. He was an avid Oklahoma State Cowboy's fan and season ticket holder for many years. Most importantly, Joseph's family and grandchildren were the light of his life.
