Rosemary Ann (Shattuck) Faust
July 5, 1939 ~ October 4, 2023

Rosemary Faust, 84 year old Fargo resident passed away, Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend Gary McClellan officiating. The family will have a receiving of friends, Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Billings Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Rosemary Ann Faust was born July 5, 1939 to David and Lydia (Fritzler) Faust in Shattuck, Oklahoma. Rosemary grew up in Tangier and Fargo, Oklahoma. She attended and graduated from Central High School in Omaha, Nebraska. She then attended St. John's Lutheran College in Winfield, Kansas where she received a degree in Teaching.

Rosemary lived in Omaha, Nebraska, Glendale, California and Sylmar, California before selflessly moving to Fargo to care for her mother, Lydia, the last eight years of her life and made wonderful friends in the community. Rosemary was a faithful member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. She was also a member of LWML, Red Hats, Knit Wits, Calico Club and the Fargo Senior Citizens. She worked as a teacher for many years and in the finance industry.

She enjoyed sharing her crafts with her friends, reading, baking, traveling, knitting, line dancing, watching the OKC Thunder and Texas Ranger games. Serving the Lord and spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends is what she loved most.

Rosemary is survived by one son, Ryan Curtner and wife Maira; one daughter, Roxanne Zufall and husband Jeremy; one brother, Martin Faust and wife Jennifer; three sisters, Pauline Neipp and husband Paul, Gloria Mohr and husband Gary, Cynthia Johnson and husband Don; grandchildren, Jessica, Alex, Lindsay, Sophie, and C.J.; great grandchildren, Fox and Kit; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Lydia Faust.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lutheran Women Missionary League (LWML) with the funeral home accepting.
