Marlynn Louise Farrow was born in Elkhart, Kansas on Valentines Day 1960. She was the third child of John and Carol Farrow. She went home to her Lord and Savior on Christmas Eve 2023. She was 63 years old.
Marlynn graduated from Woodward High School in 1978. She excelled in Art, Academics and music. After graduation she worked along side her brother John as a finish carpenter in Liberal, Kansas. Marlynn was exceptionally talented as an electrician, plumber and overall go to person for any problem. Her last employment was with her church, First Baptist in Woodward as a maintenance worker.
Marlynns greatest joy was her family, she was lovingly known as Aunt Ninny to all her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed spending time with them and spoiling them. Her love of animals cannot be excluded. She was always bringing stray animals home loving and re-homing all of them.
Marlynn had made the decision to retire early and devote herself to taking care of her precious mother full time.
Most important was her salvation. She shared her testimony and love for her savior with everyone she came in contact with.
She was preceded in death by her loving dad John Farrow, Sr, her maternal and paternal grandparents, her loving Aunt Maureen Graham, and her cousin Dawn Edwards.
She is survived by her mother, Carol Lane of Woodward; her brother John Farrow, Jr. and wife Simona of Liberal, Kansas, her sister Charese Caldwell and husband Mike of Woodward; her many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and countless friends. She will truly be missed. Her family is blessed to have assurance that Marlynn is at home with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
