Rick Joe Failing
November 29, 1958 ~ March 03, 2019

The celebration of life for Rick Joe Failing, 60 year-old Hennessey resident will be 11:00AM Thursday, March 7, 2019 in the Henninger-Hinson Chapel. Chaplain Gary Miller will officiate.

Rick was born November 29, 1958 in Ponca City, OK. to Leo and Ramona (Lawson) Failing and died suddenly in his home in Hennessey on Sunday, March 3, 2019. He attended local schools and graduated from Enid High School with the class of 1977.

He worked with ONG for over twenty years. He later went to work with Seaboard in Hennessey for 11 years. He enjoyed golfing and taking long rides in the country in his truck.

Rick is survived by his fiancee', Tammy Ream of the home; daughters, Lynda Skrdla and Serah Watson, both of Enid; Mariah Failing and Trysta Henderson, both of Hennessey; three step-children, Laci, Tanner, and Preslee; thirteen grandchildren, Taylor, Joshua, Jaivan, Moses, Cassia, Shelton, Kaetlin, Levi, Anabel, Juliet, Hallee, Otto, and Makenna; two sisters, Cheryl Paech and Millie Failing and brother, Leo Failing. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant "Baby Failing".
