Anyone who knew Hershell could tell you just how much he loved working in the pipeline industry. He was truly a talented pipeliner and known in the industry for bringing a toolbox of vast experience to overcome just about any obstacle you could encounter when he joined a project team. He and his brothers traveled the country together in their younger years working on many projects together and he was also able to work with his eldest son and many nieces and nephews in recent years. He was a mentor to many young pipeliners, too many to mention by name. He was proud to share his knowledge to help advance those workers that were willing to learn.
The outpouring of love and prayers our family has received upon learning of Hershell’s passing is a testament to the many lives he touched and how deeply he was loved. He will be missed!
The family will share details for a celebration of life memorial once plans are finalized. This will most likely be held in Texas in mid-September 2024.
