Alvin Richard "Dick" Eubanks
October 19, 1944 ~ April 10, 2008

Alvin Richard "Dick" Eubanks, 63, of Longdale, OK departed this life on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Okeene Municipal Hospital. His body was cremated at his request, and a memorial service will be held at a later time.

He was born on October 19, 1944 near Dumas, AR to James Elvin and Syble (Ashcraft) Eubanks.

Dick worked as a mechanic in the oilfield and also on automobiles. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, and being outdoors camping and cooking out. In his earlier years, he also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Dick is survived by his wife, Ruby McKinley of the home; son Ricky Eubanks and wife Marilyn of Youngsville, LA, son Rodney Eubanks of Carencro, LA, daughter Lyquetta Smith and husband Troy of Lafayette, LA, son Richard Eubanks of Edmond, OK, daughter Susan Wilson of Amarillo, TX, son Tracy Eubanks of Edmond, OK, daughter Sarai Higgins and husband Kelly of Edmond, OK, step-daughters Beatrice Thomas of Longdale, OK and JoAnn Chamberlain of Fairview, OK, and step-son Duane Hicks of Longdale, OK; father James Elvin Eubanks and wife Nancy of Paris, AR; mother Syble Pendleton and husband Wallace of El Paso, TX; brother Eddie Eubanks of Yerington, NV, sister Barbara Eubanks of Taylorsville, UT, and brother Travis Eubanks of York, SC; grandchildren, Mariah Nicole Eubanks, Rachel Ann Eubanks, Megan Elaine Eubanks, Skylar Smith, Daven JoVaughn Eubanks, Samantha Thomas, Jesse Cole, Joseph Cole, Sarah Chamberlain, Elizabeth Chamberlain, Adam Hicks, and Matthew Hicks;
