Lisbeth “Ann” Estes was born on July 03, 1948, in Wilburton, Oklahoma, to Alfred and Mabel (Boyd) Jennings. Ann lived most of her life in Pryor, where she attended local schools, graduating with the Pryor High School Class of 1966. During High School, Ann was a member of a singing trio at her church. Later, Ann was united in marriage to Jerry Estes, in Hot Springs, Arkansas on November 7, 1984.
Ann was a beautician and the owner of Ann’s Finishing Touch Salon from 1970 until her retirement in 2001. When she wasn’t working, Ann enjoyed crafting, painting, reading, singing, solving puzzles, and playing Sudoku. Ann was a brilliant person with a strong work ethic. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t do once she set her mind to it. Her greatest joy in life came from the time she spent with her children and grandchildren.
Ann departed this life on August 15, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 77.
Ann is survived by her husband, Jerry Estes; daughter, Stephanie Bush and son-in-law, Jack; daughter, Katya Bonea and son-in-law, Tim; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; as well as several other relatives and friends.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Mabel Jennings; sister, Freda Jennings; and granddaughter, Sarah Grumbles.
