A memorial service for Silver City resident, Pauline Endicott, will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17th in the Olive First Baptist Church with Rev. George “Marty” Brock, lll officiating. Pauline was born in Fry, Oklahoma, in Tulsa, County on February 8, 1937 to the late Virgil Stewart & Opal Rillis (Buttress) Stewart. She passed from this life at her home on December 12, 2025 at the age of 88 years, 10 months, & 4 days. Pauline was raised & educated in the Mannford / Silver City area where she has lived all of her life. She married Jimmie Ray Endicott on August 12, 1955 and they raised a family of 4 girls & 1 boy. They were very active in their children’s lives while growing up in the Olive community. They attended countless school activities and no one ever remembers them missing a sporting event. Mr. Endicott also served for a time on the Olive School Board. Their involvement and constant support has continued through the generations from their children to their Great Grandchildren. Pauline enjoyed sewing and working on the ranch. She could do most anything a man could do, and sometimes better. She never met a stranger and if you walked through her door, you usually didn’t leave without something to eat. Over the years, she came to be known as “Grandma” to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband on December 31, 2020; Son: Gary Endicott; Son-In-Law: Kerry Uhlich; Granddaughter: Melissa Johnson; 2 Brothers: Dwight Stewart and Bobby Stewart.
She is survived by 4 Children: LaDonna Uhlich of Silver City – Teresa Sweney of Silver City – Debra Lassley & husband Greg of Yale – Sheila Kilgore & husband Steve of Texas; Grandchildren: Michelle – Jessica – Tessa – Erin – Mitchel – Ryan – William – Stefanie – Stacey - & Leah; Great Grandchildren: Cayl – Mayci – Ainsley – Lincoln – Cohen – Cage – Karver – Molly – Addie – Katelynn – Nathan – Avery – Emery – Jacob - & Rachel; 2 Brothers: Edward Stewart of Cushing – Glenn Stewart & wife Lillian of Coweta; Niece: Michelle Stewart; Nephew: Justin Stewart, and his children: Chance – Sadylea - & Madylin; Cousins: Ronnie & Janice Buttress – Donnie & Mary Buttress; Plus numerous other Cousins – Relatives - Extended family members - & Friends.
