Erica Vale Edwards

Erica Vale Edwards
May 4, 1984 ~ November 13, 2019 (age 35)

Erica Vale Edwards was born May 4, 1984 six minutes before her twin sister, Veronica, in Greenville, TX to Tom and Judy Edwards. She lost her decades-long battle with anorexia on November 13, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tom and her grandparents, Bill and Wanda Edwards and Clarence and Jewell Webb.

She was an exceptional student in all aspects of life. She was a licensed Realtor with Century 21 before graduating from OU in December of 2008 with a degree in Microbiology. She worked at OMRF before continuing her studies at OUHSC which her health curtailed just short of her Doctorate.

She is survived by her mother, Judy; sisters Amy Edwards, Veronica Edwards and Anne Bell; loving aunts Becca Daniels, Yvonne Bryant, Helen Bownds, and Mary Reeder. Special thanks to Housecalls and LifeSpring Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, please support Wild Care Foundation at 7601 84th St., Noble, OK 73068, in recognition of Erica’s love and compassion for animals.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 18 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman. Family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Family Event Center at Havenbrook
