Memorial: 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 21st, 2015 - Billings Funeral Home Chapel

Mary Lou Duggins, 70, of Sharon, passed away surrounded by her family at her home on Thursday, April 16, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date.

Mary Lou Morris was born on January 11, 1945 and raised by her loving parents Harry and Vaden Morris in Seminole, Oklahoma. Growing up she attended New Lima and Seminole schools. On June 27, 1962, Mary Lou married Stanley Gene Duggins and to this union they were blessed with three children. She loved being a mother and homemaker.

In 1976, the family moved to Brighton, Colorado and together they opened an oilfield engine business. She and Stan had great success and enjoyed working and traveling together where they met and loved many great friendships.

Mary Lou loved visiting Las Vegas and the time they spent traveling in their motorhome, mainly out west, including California where she completed Real Estate School. From there they traveled to Woodward for the birth of a grandson and ended up calling it home. Living in Woodward provided many great years with her husband, enjoying family and friends.

She was very talented with watercolors, cooking, and crocheting. She also opened Marylou�s Diner, where with her daughter Lori, served homestyle burgers and daily specials until her health no longer permitted. After this, she had many wonderful years at home. Mary Lou was an amazing and determined person. She always had a smile and she was loved by many. She cared for her husband Stan, until his passing in 2013. She is also preceded in death by her parents and older brother, Phillip and Jack Morris.

Survivors include daughter, Mary Leton Kilsch of Salina, Kansas; son, Richard Duggins and wife Kim of Woodward; daughter, Lori Duggins of Woodward; grandchildren, Paul Kilsch and wife Kendree of Rogers, Arkansas, Joshua and wife Andi of Salina, Kansas, Heather Duggins; Robert Duggins all of Woodward; great-grandchildren, Kylee Kilsch of Rogers, Arkansas, Jordon, Leah and Noah Kilsch of Salina, Kansas and Addy Duggins of Woodward; other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
