Richard N. "Dick" Dotson

April 1, 1928 ~ Dec. 4, 2013

Richard "Dick" Dotson, 85, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, in San Diego, Calif. He was born April 1, 1928, to Jesse and Ruby (Woodson) Dotson in Enid, Okla.

He graduated from Pioneer High School in 1946, Oklahoma State University in 1951, and later he got his master's at Central State University.

In 1986, he relocated to San Diego, Calif.

He is survived by a brother, Stanley (Oletta) of Enid; nephews, Wes and Bob Dotson; and niece, Avis Ward.

Dick was a member of Del Cerro Baptist Church in La Mesa, Calif. He enjoyed life to the fullest, always with a smile on his face.
