George Was born on March 20, 1927, in Pocassett, Oklahoma and was a 1944 graduate of Meridian High School.

George passed away at his home in Lincoln, California on April 10, 2007, due to a short illness.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Emma Jean in 1999.

He was the loving father of Pattie (John) Tofft, Judy Arellano, and David (Gina) Dorris, all of Lincoln, grandfather of 12, great-grandfather of 20, great-great grandfather of two.

George served in the US Army during World War II in Germany. He has been a resident of Lincoln, California for the past 50 years.

He was a career truck driver, working for various companies in the Lincoln area. He was past president of Placer Channel Masters, his handle was Lincoln Roadrunner.

George loved to race cars and was darned good at it.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to attend a grave side service, Friday, April 13, 2007, at 1 P.M., at the Lincoln Cemetery, 1st. & O St. Lincoln.
