April Doolittle, 61, passed away on January 2, 2023, at 9:10 p.m. in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
She was born April 5, 1961, to Denver and Sharon Borders. After finishing high school April devoted her life to carrying for people. She spent 25 years as a CNA caring for older people before becoming disabled. She did not let disability slow her down. She devoted her time to helping run the Little Miracle Workers non-profit, helping drive local friends on errands, and spending time raising kids.
She loved to travel and would do anything for a friend, even if it meant robbing Peter to pay Paul. Her biggest accomplishment was the love and lessons she was able to share with all her “children.”
She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband John Griffin, and her beloved best friend Connie Pickens. She is survived by her daughter, Marissa (Jon) Duffee; her stepchildren, Amber Agnew (Mike), Rodney Glenn (Brandy), Ashley Glenn, Tyler Griffin; her guardianship babies, her ex-son-in-law Toby (Tashina) Sutton; her 10 grandchildren and many more friends and family.
