Darlene Dinkel, daughter of Richard Sr. and Gladys (Neale) Johnson was born April 11, 1943 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on July 4, 2015 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 2 months and 23 days.
She enjoyed the duties that followed of her role of being a very loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She worked as a security officer at Baldor Electric for several years which she really enjoyed. She also enjoyed to read, crochet,spending time with her grandchildren and while her health permitted she loved going camping.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Gladys Johnson, her son; James Clinton England II, brothers; Gary Johnson and Harold Lee Johnson and brother in law; Jack Hefner.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband; Paul Dinkel of the home in Stilwell, OK, daughter; Donna Wefer and husband Garland of Haskell, OK, grandchildren; LaVonna Moss of Glenpool, OK, Anthony Moss II of Lakenheath, England, 2 great grandchildren; Racquelle Galloway of Glenpool, OK, and Juniper Moss of Lakenheath, England. Siblings; Richard Johnson and wife Debbie, sister in law; Lori Johnson all of Stilwell, OK, stepmother; Margaret Johnson of Tulsa, OK, Helen Hefner of Garfield, AR, Irene Enlow and husband Charley Batt of Tahlequah, OK, Linda Geyer and husband William, Ilene Phillips and husband Bryan all of Tulsa, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
