Gary Paul Denissen was born December 11, 1950 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Mary (Grover) Denissen. He departed this life after a long battle with cancer June 16, 2020.
After graduation from High School he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served from 1969 to 1980. On July 8, 1980 Gary Paul Denissen and Rebecca Jean Vogelpohl were united in marriage. From this union were born three children, Mary, Theresia and Eric.
He was currently employed at Central Expanded Metal, Inc as a machinist. He had also worked at Kwikset for several years. He enjoyed hunting, military aircrafts and watching NASCAR and his favorite driver Jeff Gordon. He was an avid fan of the Green Bay packers but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Denissen of the home; two daughters, Mary Muniz and husband Patrick of Bristow and Theresia Dowdy-Hyatt and husband Daniel of Tulsa; one son, Eric Denissen and wife Amanda of Broken Arrow; one sister, Mary Kozicki; one brother Ted Denissen; six grandchildren, Paul, Austin, Tuesday, Kalli, Ryker and Charlli; his best friend, Dave Srenaski. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00am, Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Chapel.
