Funeral service for Amy Suzann Delk, age 29 of Arlington, Texas, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2007, in the Bible Baptist Church. Rev. Kim Hayes will officiate. Amy Suzann Delk was born the daughter of James William Delk, Jr. and Kathy Long Delk on September 1, 1977, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She died on April 21, 2007, in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Amy moved to Arlington from Chickasha at the age of twelve. While in Arlington, she worked at various jobs. Amy loved to shop and talk on the phone. She especially loved her children.
She was preceded in death by her father, James William Delk, Jr., her paternal grandparents, Bill and Adalene Delk, and maternal grandfather, James Long.
Survivors include: Daughter: Brooklyn Polk of Arlington, Texas; Son: Malakai Polk of Arlington, Texas; Mother: Kathy McDonald of Arlington, Texas; Brother: Cody Delk and his daughter, Haylie of Arlington, Texas; Grandmother: Florence Long of Rhode Island; Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.
Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
