Cindy was born on July 6, 1960 in Enid, Oklahoma to Mac Beebe Sr and Patsy Meade Beebe and passed away on December 5, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.
Cindy grew up in Enid. She married Paladine H. Roye and they raised five children. Cindy was a small, but powerful woman that used this power to express unconditional care and love to all she met. Her light is not extinguished, but passed on to her family and friends. She is truly loved and immeasurably missed. Love you mommy! In October, 2001, she married Reynaldo Delgado Gamiz in Enid, where they made their home.
She was preceded in death by first husband, Paladine H. Roye and her parents.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Reynaldo Delgado Gamiz; children, Thursa Roye, Felicia Roye Hoffman, Amelia Parry-Spotted Eagle, Barbie Roye Swinea, Thurston Roye, and Estefani Staggs; a gang of grandchildren; two brothers, Mac Beebe, Jr and David Beebe; two sisters, Jeanie Beebe and Christy Perez; other relatives and friends.
