Audrey Jessie Eversole Deer was born in Kendrick, Oklahoma on June 21, 1924 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on July 20, 2015 at the age of 91 years.
Audrey was the daughter of Jess and Nannie Angline Eversole.
She was a resident of Stroud. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Davenport and Stroud, and worked as a seamstress until she retired.
She married Sammie Deer in 1945 and he preceded her in death April 2, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and two grandchildren, Vicki Ann Dean and Cody Joe Bearden.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws, Robert and Rhonda Deer of Prue, Oklahoma and Sammie and Sonie Deer of Mesquite, Texas, six daughters and son in laws, Dorothy and Floyd McFarland of Stroud, Oklahoma, Mazie and Bill Sander of Del City, Oklahoma, Carolyn and Walter Crowe of Ennis, Texas, Samantha Deer of Davenport, Oklahoma, Glinda and Paul McFerron of Chesea, Oklahoma, Anett and Don Melson of Davenport, one brother and sister in law, Lloyd and Billie Eversole, two sisters, Anna Mary Dickey of Edmond, Oklahoma and Colene Haynes Reed of Edmond, Oklahoma, eighteen grandchildren, thirty nine great great grandchildren and thirty two great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Chuch of Christ in Davenport, Oklahoma on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Don Foxs officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Servcie in Stroud, Oklahoma.
