Phillip Roy "PD" Decker
August 13, 1948 ~  February 5, 2021

Phillip Decker passed at home on Friday Feb. 5, 2021 at the age of 72. A lifelong resident of Sparks, Oklahoma. He was born August the 13th of 1948 in Torrance, California. The son of late Roy Decker Jr. and Mary Lou Winn. PD attended Sparks School at a young age and graduated from Meeker High School in 1966.

Phillip worked for various pipeline companies his whole life, welding and operating ditching machines. He owned Decker Construction, Inc. along side his father Roy Decker. Phillip was a 4th generation pipeliner. After retirement PD loved spending time outdoors on his lawn mower, and time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his son Jesse R. Decker, and his grandson Bryce R. Decker. The family is going to have a Celebration of Life with the date to be determined, but asking all friends and family to please join us in cherishing the memories of Phillip.
