Coy O Deaton

No services are planned for Mr. Coy O. Deaton, 87 of Tishomingo. Mr. Deaton passed away on February 9th, 2012 at the Mercy Memorial Health Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Coy was born on June 19th, 1924 in Milburn, Oklahoma to Elmer Deaton and Gladys (Walker) Deaton. He graduated from Milburn High School and later served in the United States Air Force. He married Louise Harris on November 13th, 1973 in Miami, Oklahoma. Mr. Deaton worked for over 40 years as a Labor Union Representative for the I. B. P. A. T. union in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He returned to Johnston County in 1990.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Coy is survived by his wife Louise, of the home; his son, Ronnie C. Deaton of Frisco, Texas; and numerous other relatives.
