Angie Ruth (McIntosh) Deason
March 02, 1934 ~ November 18, 2018

Angie Ruth (McIntosh) Deason, age 84 of Washington, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 18, 2018, surrounded by loving family in her home. She was born March 2, 1934 near Blanchard, 1 of 4 children born to Dale Ora McIntosh and Ola Christeen (Hagan) McIntosh. Angie was raised on the Johnson Ranch and attended school in Washington, graduating in 1952.

Later that same year, on October 10th, she married her best friend and life partner, Albert Leon Deason. They made their home in Washington where together they raised 3 children, son, Allen and daughters, Sheila and Aleta.

Angie most enjoyed camping with her family, riding in the boat while Albert fished, cheering on the Sooners and Thunder, hosting large family holiday meals and raising her grandchildren, nieces and nephews like her children. Angie was the glue of the family and made precious memories with all, whether born, married or adopted into the family. She also liked the simple things, tending to her garden, canning, feeding and watching her birds, crocheting and quilting. She always shared her talents and gifts with her family and friends. Angie was an avid bowler and a longtime member of the Norman Bowling league. She also served as the Treasurer for the McClain County Ladies Home Ext. Club for many years. She was a woman of great faith and a member of the Washington First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by:
Husband,       Albert Leon Deason;
Her son,         Allen Deason;
Son-in-law,    Jim Eischen;
Parents,          Dale and Christeen McIntosh;  Essie & Lautie Deason;
Brothers,        W.D McIntosh & Vernon McIntosh; and
 Sister-in-law, Norm McIntosh

Angie is survived by:
Her Daughters,          Sheila Eischen of Coweta, OK and Aleta Giddens and husband Jared of Edmond;
Sister,                        Carol Burns and husband Skip of Washington;
Daughter-in-law,      Lorra Webley Deason of Shawnee;
            13 Grandchildren:
Amber & Eddie Huff of Wayne
Jennifer & John Gehri of Broken Arrow
April & Jeff Schleff of Goldsby
Ben & Ashlea Eischen of Coweta
Dwayne & Denay Huddleston of Bartlesville
Amy & Simon Bagnall of Little Rock, AR
Chris & Shanna Eischen of Tulsa
Sarah & Bryce Keast of Haslet, TX
Madison Giddens of Plano, TX
Jason & Jessica Deason of Bridge Creek
Bradley Deason of Moore
Cassidy & Cole Buzbee of Shawnee and
Lexes Satterwhite of Shawnee
29 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host
of other family and friends.
