James Earl Dean was born December 2, 1904 and departed this life February 3, 1984.
Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Concord, California.
Earl was raised in a community in Roger Mills county, 12 miles north of Strong City, Oklahoma.
He spent his life on a farm, and married Gladys Walker, of the Five Star Community.
They made their home in local communities and later moved to Concord, California.
Survivors are his wife, Gladys of the home; Leon Dean of Walnut Creek, California; Leona of Concord; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; five sisters, Myrtle Smith, Bethel Ridgeway and Violet Thompson of Oklahoma and Betty White of Florida; one brother, Aubra Dean of California; and a host of relatives and friends.
He will be remembered by many friends and relatives of the Roger Mills area.
