Memorial Services for Stanley Bruce Dawson, 59, of Roff are 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Justin Presley will officiate. Mr. Dawson passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Velma. He was born October 11, 1956 in Clinton to Sterling Bryant and Wanda Lee Gordon Dawson. He graduated from Ada High School in 1974.
Mr. Dawson was formerly employed with Evergreen Mills in Ada for over 20 years. Later, he was a truck driver for Clark Oil Company and currently, he was a truck driver for Connect Transport. Mr. Dawson was a member of the Evangelistic Temple in Ada and he had served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include a sister, Deborah Rhoads and her husband Farrell of Ada; a brother, Sterling B. Dawson, Jr. �Chip� and his wife Carrolynn of Ada; six nieces, Dawn Rhoads, Kimberlee Korn, Amanda Price, Bridget Motley, Tina Feezel and Mindy Deen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Stephen Brent Dawson.
