September 25, 1950 ~ November 22, 2014

Funeral Services for Yvonne Lynn Davison, 64, of Fairview, will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Fairview. The Reverend David Mendenhall will officiate. Burial will be in Hughson, CA at a later date. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Yvonne Lynn Davison was born September 25, 1950 in Modesto, California to Donald and Reva (Owen) Davison. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 22, 2014 at her home in Fairview, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be Monday and Tuesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. at Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. and at the church prior to the service.

Yvonne became a Christian and was baptized at the age of 12. She attended Empire Grammar School and graduated from Denair High School with the class of 1968. Yvonne graduated from Modesto Junior College in 1970 with an AA degree in early childhood development. She was a WAC in the US Army from 1971 to 1974 and was stationed at Fort McClellan, AL and at Fort Ord, CA where she was a clerk typist. After her honorable discharge from the Army she went to work for Stanislaus Co. as a teacher at a Head Start School. She loved children and her job. She moved from California in 2006 to Fairview, Oklahoma where she was a member of the Fairview First Baptist Church.

Yvonne was an avid reader and read the Bible through 13 times. She was a kind, sweet, loving and agreeable person to her family and friends.

Yvonne is survived by her mother Reva Davison of the home, sisters; Diane Dunaway of Middleton, Idaho and Beverly and Jim Unruh of Isabella, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind three nephews Nathan and Crissy Unruh, Donald and Brada Unruh and Wyatt and Desiree� Davison, and nine great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Davison.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church and Hospice Circle of Love with Fairview Funeral Home Inc acting as custodians of the funds.
