Jeffrey Allan Darr was born July 22, 1970, in Alva, Oklahoma to Betty L. (Holloway) Hagen and Jim L. Darr. He passed away July 1, 2018, after a lengthy illness.
Jeff attended school in Woodward, Oklahoma, where he lived throughout his childhood.
Jeff loved to "fix" things and could fix just about anything. He also was a good mechanic. Jeff worked in the oil field for many years also, starting at age 16. Jeff was also a very talented artist, drawing many beautiful pictures and cards in ink and pencil; calligraphy and flowers being his specialty. He also did many beautiful skin art pieces for many years.
Those preceding him in death are: sister Nikki; maternal grandparents Heber and Georgia (Holloway) Hughes; paternal grandparents Otis and Retha Darr; paternal aunts Joyce Ann, Juanita, LaVeta and Coleta; paternal uncles Arlo, Bill, Neil, Junior and Lewis.
Survivors include his mother, Betty (Holloway) Hagen; his younger brother, Kirk A. Darr; sister Andrea Darr-Cejo; brother Trent Darr; his father, Jim L. Darr; his daughter Shaylee J. Darr; granddaughters Hadleigh and Lialeigh Bennett; grandson Dax Avery Darr; daughter Lacee R. (Alex) Darr; numerous cousins; aunts and uncles; special aunt Addie (Adeline) Eaves and his second Mama, Sophia Gentry.
A small celebration of Jeff's life will be held with close family and friends.
The family requests, in lieu of cards or flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice and/or be an organ donor and save a life.
