John Charles Curtis, Sr.
October 6, 1923 ~ November 30, 2018

John Charles (J. C.) Curtis, Sr., 95, died November 30, 2018 in Oklahoma City. He was born October 6, 1923 in Comanche, OK to Jesse William and Eula Florence Curtis. John retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. after more than 30 years of loyal service.

John was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean; and his son, John Curtis, Jr. He is survived by his son, Joe Curtis and wife Krista; daughter-in-law, Debbie Curtis; sister, Mary Butler; brother, Jim Curtis; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

John's memorial service will be held Thursday, December 6, 11:00am at Newchurch, 9201 N. Rockwell, OKC. Family visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 5, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, at Mercer-Adams, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany.
