Nicholas Charles Currier, of Nardin, Oklahoma, passed away on February 6, 2026, in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years.

Nicholas Charles Currier was born on August 17, 1953, in Enid, Oklahoma. He was the son of Charles Fredrick and Ella Delores (Fore) Currier. He attended Nardin Public Schools, and Blackwell Public Schools - graduating from Blackwell High School with the class of 1971. He married Rebecca Loveall on May 5, 1973, in Blackwell. In 1973, he joined the Burlington Northern Railroad, later retiring in 2006. He enjoyed watching OU Football, going to the games and tailgating. He enjoyed watching Becky work in the garden, fishing, and loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Delores Currier.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Currier of Nardin; two daughters: Amy Morrill and husband Jason of Blackwell, and Lindsey Meyer and husband Chad of Ponca City, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren: Hannah Wooderson and husband Guy of Blackwell, Braden Morrill and wife Lauren of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Emma Dean and husband Cade of Okemah, Oklahoma, Colin Morrill of Ponca City, Connor Meyer and wife Riley of Ponca City, Mallory Lakey and husband Tayler of Brookland, Texas, Gavin Meyer of Ponca City, Adalyn Meyer of Ponca City; six great-grandchildren: Hazel, Laurel, Henry, Lucille, Miles, and Sayge; one brother, Allen Currier of Stillwater, Oklahoma; two sisters: Cindy Smith of Blackwell, and Becca Hodgson and husband Tucker of Ponca City; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 13, 2026, in the Roberts and Son Funeral Home Chapel, with Eddie Shultz officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Karmen Legacy Hospice of Stillwater, c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
