James Andrew "Jimmy" Cummings

October 11, 1937 ~ April 8, 2004

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, Apri. 15, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Born October 11, 1937 in Hugo, Oklahoma and went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on April 8, 2004.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Homer E. and Doris Cummings, and his younger brother, Wayne Cummings.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Rowland and her husband, Bob Rowland of Bakersfield, and his brother, Robert Cummings and his wife, Pat Cummings of Lincoln, CA. Jimmy is also survived by his nephews, Robert Cummings, Sean Cummings, Bobby Rowland and his nieces, Kristi Cummings, Connie Cummings and Carrie Zeigler.

Jimmy lived in Bakersfield, CA with his nephew and niece, Brian and Marcie Rowland and their children, Tyler, Graysen, Connor, Joselyn, Aubra and Eliana all of whom loved and helped to care for him before he went home to be with the Lord. Uncle Jimmy also dearly loved his other great nieces and nephews, Amelia and William Zeigler and Boby Rowland.

Jimmy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him, including his brothers and sisters in the Lord at Kern Fellowship.
