Sandra Jean Crummet
November 18, 1937 ~ December 4, 2023

Sandra Jean Crummett, 86, of Ponca City, OK, passed away on December 4, 2023, at Via Christi Village. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Community Christian Church with Pastor Tom Howard officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK, 74601.

Sandra was born on November 18, 1937, in Halstead, KS, to Catherine Adams. After graduating from PoHi in 1958, she attended Northern Oklahoma College. She enjoyed collecting recipes, scrap booking and most of all, loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays.

Sandra is survived by: her children, Michelle Matney and her husband, Doug, of Ponca City, OK; Phillip Teufel and his wife, Mary, of Broken Arrow, OK and Priscilla Stevens and her partner, Cori Cox of Ponca City, OK; grandchildren, Bart Abernathy, Cami Teufel, Taylor Stevens; great-grandchildren, Taylee Slavin, Ava Luis, Kaden Barnes, Ryatt Abernathy, Tucker Luis, Levi Barnes and Rowan Smith.

Sandra is preceded in death by her mother, granddaughter, Brittany Teufel and great-granddaughter, Madlyn Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
