February 13, 1960 ~ April 21, 2023

Scotty Eugene Crosby, 63, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, at his home in Kingston. He was born on February 13, 1960, in Sayre, Oklahoma to the late Milton Louis Crosby and Wanda Faye Mills Crosby. Scott was raised in Sayre where he graduated from Sayre High School in 1978. He later attended Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. While growing up, Scott enjoyed accompanying his dad on many field trials with his bird dogs. Scott married Jamie Lyn Goldesberry on June 21, 1986, in Delhi, Oklahoma. Together they made their home in Edmond, Oklahoma for over 30 years. During this time their only child, Joshua James, was born on May 18, 1994. Scott worked in the oil field industry his entire life. During his time off, he enjoyed spending time with his family at Lake Texoma which soon became he and his wife's second home. Scott's passion for fishing drew him to the decision to move to Kingston where he has lived for the past 6 years. He enjoyed spending time on the water fishing as much as he could. He also enjoyed reading and could read several books in one week. He was an avid OU and Dallas Cowboys fan.

Scott is survived by Wife: Jamie Crosby, Kingston, Oklahoma. Son: Joshua James Crosby and his significant other Paige Peryer Honolulu, Hawaii. Sisters: Patty Crosby, New Braunfels, Texas; Peggy Mackey and husband Chris, Sayre, Oklahoma. Brother in-law: Butch Goldesberry and wife Leslie, Sayre, Oklahoma. Several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 brother, Mike Crosby.
