Rachel Roxanne (Smith) Crisswell
August 9, 1977 ~ June 30, 2021

Rachel Roxanne Crisswell, 43, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on June 30, 2021. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Carl Crisswell will be officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601

Rachel was born on August 9, 1977, in Blackwell, OK, to Tommy Gene and Pamela Jean (Westberg) Smith. She graduated from Ponca City High School, in 1995, and married Jarod Crisswell on August 23, 1997. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be missed by many.

She is survived by: her husband, Jarod "Drew" Crisswell, of the home; sons, Cash Steven Crisswell, Dylan Andrew Crisswell, Carson Alexander Crisswell, Luke Ryan Crisswell, Mathew James Crisswell; daughter, Carly Rose Crisswell; mother, Pamela Smith; brothers, Jeremy Smith and Marc Smith, all of Ponca City.

Rachel was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Gene Smith; grandparents, Donald and Maretta Westberg.
